Digital Item Policy

1. Definition of Digital Items
Digital items refer to electronic or virtual materials including but not limited to documents, images, audio files, videos, software, databases, and any other form of digital content.

 

2. Ownership Rights
a. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and legal digital items for processing. The ownership rights of these digital items remain with the client or the authorized party. We do not claim ownership of any digital items shared with us.
b. Worldway Migration Services respects intellectual property rights and requires clients to ensure that they hold appropriate licenses or permissions for any copyrighted or trademarked digital items submitted to us.

 

3. Sharing of Digital Items
a. Clients may be required to share digital items with Worldway Migration Services during the course of immigration application processing. These digital items will be considered confidential and will only be used for the intended purpose.
b. Clients can share digital items through secure channels such as encrypted emails, secure file transfer protocols, or secure online platforms.

 

4. Confidentiality and Data Security
a. Worldway Migration Services will take appropriate technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the digital items shared with us.
b. We will not disclose, sell, or share digital items provided by clients without their consent, except as required by law or when necessary for immigration application processing.
c. Worldway Migration Services will retain digital items of clients for a reasonable period of time necessary for documentation and record-keeping purposes. After this period, the digital items will be securely destroyed or permanently deleted.

 

5. Verification and Authenticity
a. Worldway Migration Services reserves the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the digital items shared by clients. This may involve cross-checking the information provided with the relevant authorities or third-party verification sources.
b. Clients are responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of digital items shared with us. In case of any discrepancies or inaccuracies, clients should promptly inform us for further assistance.

 

6. Liability
a. Worldway Migration Services shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the use, storage, or transmission of digital items that are beyond our reasonable control.
b. Clients are responsible for backing up their own digital items and maintaining copies of their relevant documents.

 

7. Policy Compliance
a. Worldway Migration Services reserves the right to update and modify this Digital Item Policy as required. Clients will be notified of any substantial changes to the policy.
b. By engaging in our services and sharing digital items, clients signify their agreement and compliance with this Digital Item Policy.
